1. What’s the Billing Cycle?

We provide a Monthly plan and a Yearly Plan for users to choose.

Monthly plan: we charge the user on a monthly basis.

Yearly Plan: We charge the user one time for a whole year. and renewal for next year.


2. What if the payment failed?

After the due date(both Monthly and yearly), if no payment is received, your subscription will be stopped on T+7 days.

For example, when we couldn’t charge before 6 pm as planned due day. We will send an email to inform user to deal with their strategy within T+7 23:59.

3. What’s the refund policy?

Both annual and monthly plan CANNOT be refunded when you cancel the plan in the middle of the billing period.

4. Can I use Crypto to buy?

Sorry, Quantphemes doesn’t support any purchases paid using crypto.
